Giving back to people, creating community and looking at life through a different lens is Micah Carlson’s motto for living.
Micah spent nine years playing music and touring around the world in various music projects. This era is foundational towards the paths the he chooses to study in his pursuit towards education and life values.
Working for the Riverside Art Museum from 2005-2008 as the Marketing and Graphics Coordinator, Micah was united with a team of extremely talented individuals. It was in this setting that Micah learned about the arts and non-profit management within the c0ntext of both creating educational spaces and serving the community.
Today, Micah is a full time student studying towards obtaining his undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish. He has great enthusiasm to enroll in graduate studies as well.
Micah is currently enrolled at the Riverside City College, is enrolled in honors and working on three associate degrees in Arts & Humanities, Communication & Languages, and Social & behavioral science.
